Snow Bliss: A Hidden Gem for Bingsu Lovers

Snow Bliss is located in a fairly good location with plenty of street park (free after 6pm!) or residential if you want to take your chances of finding parking.
Beef and Tomato Stir Fry
Cost: $15.99
Beef Stir-Fried with tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions in savory, slightly sweet sauce. This was definitely sweet and the little vegetables were added nicely but I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite item. I’d try a different dish next time.
Lychee Bingsu
Cost: $16.99
Lychee Shaved Ice Topped with Sweetened Condensed milk, mochi, and lychee.
This was definitely sweet, but not overly sweet. I highly recommend trying it out. Next time I’d definitely want to visit to try other flavors. The black sesame and tiramisu looked good!

Overall, I’ll visit again to try out other dishes – especially their Bingsu (shaved ice). I highly recommend the place since whoever prepares their bingsu puts a lot of love and care into it.
