Sweet Corn Chowder
Cost: $12
Corn, celery root, potatoes, sweety drop peppers, baby basil
The soup was a nice starter withe a good amount of sweet corn.

Tomato Burrata
Cost: $19
Heirloom tomatoes, burrata, arugula, sherry vinaigrette
A light starter. I enjoyed this refreshing salad on the super humid and hot day at Epic. It was a good find.

Atlantic Filet Mignon
Cost: $41
6oz Angus beef, crispy potato mille-feuille, truffle cream, Atlantic steak sauce, watercress salad
The potato mille-feuille was especially delicious when paired with the beef (prepared in medium).

Bucatini Alla Adriata
Cost $31
Bucatini pasta, sauteed shrimp, creamy tomato sauce, arugula, bacon herb breadcrumbs
My favorite out of all the dishes I’ve ordered above. The tomato sauce was golden in my opinion. I can only hope to try to create it one day.
Closing Remarks for Atlantic Restaurant
Sadly I forgot to take a picture of the receipt at the Atlantic Restaurant, so I can’t provide the grand total with the drinks and service fee(s) (if any). But this culinary experience was the most expensive out of all the Epic food locations I’ve gone to during my 2-day visit.
